Client Referral Terms and Conditions Please read these terms and conditions of the Dobbinekka Client Referral Program before you continue. • Dobbinekka must not have an existing contact or relationship with the Client Organization being referred. • On first successful placement(s) with the Client Organization exceeding candidate(s)’ annual Cost to Company Rs 4 lac, a referral reward of Rs 8,000/- will be provided to the referee. • A referee can refer any number of Client Organizations. • Dobbinekka staff and their immediate families are ineligible for this program. • In case a Client Organization is introduced by more than one person, the referral will be considered on a first come first serve basis. • The referral reward is payable only when we have successfully placed the candidate(s) in a contract or permanent position with the Client Organization, and the candidate(s) have completed probation period (varies from 3 to 6 months). • All claims, disputes and differences in any manner relating to the candidate referral program would be subject to the exclusive decision of Dobbinekka. • We reserve the right to revise or cancel the Candidate Referral Program without notice but will honour all referrals up to that point. • The referral is valid for 2 months from the time we receive this online form submission.
